Basically
announcement shall be concluded within 15 min, and
Q&A also shall be finished within 15 min.

Presentation
file shall be created by Power Point of Windows or
Mac Platform, In principle, your presentation shall
be done at your mobile PC etc. In case
of CD-ROM shipment, those CD-ROM shall be submitted
until June 28th
2004 without fail to Convention preparation committee.

We
will also prepare 35 mm Slide cinematograph, on condition
that you have to write the next items on the frame
of the slide ; the name of Speaker, announcement
number (plz refer to
the program
we will
send later),
total number of slides, projection order, red mark
that shows front & upper direction. Any slides
that will be used repeatedly shall be prepared necessary
number
of sheets.

The
use of OHP or Video （VHS only) are also possible.
