A4 1 page is a principal.
2 pages are allowed in the case that there are
many charts in the pages.

The sums of title, name(organization),
English title, name(organization) in English,
text shall be within forty-three characters×45
lines.

Unfilled space of top, bottom,
right and left are principally 25 mm, Font shall
be MS Mincho, Font size shall be 11 point.
However, Japanese title shall be 14 point, English
title shall be MS Gothic.

In principal, 1 line space
shall be inserted between Japanese title and
name(organization), 2 lines space shall be inserted
between English name (organization) and text.

Punctuation mark shall be
uniformed Comma "，" and period "．".

Could you mind the composition
of "easy to read", although it does not necessarily
need to divide it into the item of the purpose,
method, the result, study etc.

In case of insert of the
chart, would you attach the layout which specified
the
insertion place in addition to the text.
Would you send the file of layout which is captured
by Word file or any compatible software.

Principally, any photograph
is prohibited. Furthermore, we are recruiting
the photograph that will be used on the cover
sheet of summary collection. |

Those
shall be submitted to us until
June 14th 2004 (Monday) without fail.
Please send your manuscript by attachment
file of e-mail preferably. In this case, Word
file or Rich text, or Simple text style is
preferable.
In case of using Word processor
devices (all machine type) or Mac, would you
send Floppy-disk by postal mail.
